This is actually funny because I wonder if your "high rate of returns" would return if they knew you are on probation for hazing and other 'offenses" or that your overall chapter gpa is below 3.0 - so they may not graduate from college. This is totally wrong and you know it.

a Panhellenic Delegate would not post this - in fact they are the keeper of PanHellenic love - they spread sisterhood/brotherhood. They are all about spreading a stronger greek community and probably don't even get on this site. That being said this post is a put down if you are a sorority that got less returns- The "lesser returns" as you say where the sororities that won chapter of the year and other greek awards that you would not win if great girls did not pledge- great girls and the type of girls that bring unity and strength of character to our community such as theta, Chi 0 and KD.
