Do I need to get letters of recommendation for sororities I know I do not want?

Yes, because you won't know which sororities you ant until you actually go through rush. Sororities differ at every school and you need to meet the girls in person, not try to guess on this website. It would really suck for you if you get dropped from a chapter you decide you like because you didn't bother to get a rec.
