Here is a list of the big greek fraternities and their actual rankings from a tech student.
Top Top Tier: FIJI, Phi Delt, SAE, Delt
Top Tier: Sig Ep, Delta Sig
Middle Tier: ATO, Pike, Sigma Nu, KA
Bottom Tier: Phi Psi, farmhouse, Delta Chi, Sigma Chi, and probably some others.
Top Top Tier fraternities have large chapters (which is good and bad, good for funding but bad because it can affect how close your chapter is as a whole) and also have the most parties. I wont go into the specifics of each fraternity in this category because they are all pretty similar, both socially and financially.
Top Tier fraternities also have a large chapter (100-200 members) and have just as good of parties as top top tier fraternities but these chapters are relatively new and therefore dont have as high as a ranking for that reason. Sig ep doesnt have many parties and their house isnt that nice(only have 1 at their lodge) but they have lots of bar nights, did low hoop and tailgated with Delta Sig and Kappa Sig (Kappa Sig just got kicked off for hazing, they were a top tier fraternity though). Delta Sig has 4 or 5 major parties and tailgated with Sig ep and Kappa sig, and they have a nice house..
Middle Tier fraternities still have big chapters but they're not as active socially as those in the top and top top tier fraternities.
Bottom Tier: These are the fraternities who will have maybe one big party a year and have an okay house or don't have one at all
