theta chi is seriously almost like PIKE...they are bunch of GEEEEDDS who couldnt get into an ACTUAL frat. AND they cant afford Beta's house with like the 80 something members they have. Also, they dont even have real GREEK girls that go to their parties.

THETA CHI = bunch of GEED boys and girls partying together (gag)

way to waste money on nothing boys
