Alpha Phi is a good sorority at Tech, all of the sororities are! Alpha Phi's are a great group who definately like to have fun and go out. You should wait to go through rush and see where you fit in best. You will definately find a place that feels like home. Good luck!

The quality of the girls Tri Delta chooses has definately shown through this year. You have to know that the girls who will come through rush this year have heard or will hear about the incidents this year. A lot of people won't want to be associated with a group that has girls like that in it. I'm surprised that their nationals haven't put an end to it yet. You can say that it's just three girls, but all three of those girls were TRI DELTAS not pi phis or kappas or anything else. They were just as much a part of the group as the other girls in there, and some of them are still in there! Other sororities haven't had these issues.

My question is how can TriDelt seriously let girls who acted so innappropriately continue to wear their letters on campus?! Do they condone that kind of behavior, are they proud that they have those girls? Thats just crazy... You guys should have handled that situation better.

I know at least one of the freshman who made out with another one still has ∆∆∆! on her facebook. So that's the type of girl that TriDelta has representing them.

i think that all texas tech sororities are good to be quite honest. being Greek is supposed to be something FUN! and yes, some girls in my chapter have slipped up. but tri delta has for sure taken care of it. everyone in Greek at Tech is nice to each other in real life, and everyone gets along for the most part...so why all this hate??? we should all be bringing each other up instead of tearing each other down!

Hi I am in high school and coming to tech next year. I got on this website because I was thinking about going through rush next year. All I see though are mean things being said about everyone. Is this really what it is like being in a sorority here?

Absolutely not, you should definately go through rush! Some of the sororities do have catty girls but a lot of them have really genuine, sweet girls. Don't let this website discourage you. In person, I've never had a girl from my sorority or any other one be rude in any way. It's a great experience to be greek!

A phi is middle to low... if you want to be in a top sorority, go Kappa or Pi Phi or Tri Delt. A few other good ones are Chi O and Theta!
