theta pi phi and chi o are definitely top tier. kappa is only talked about being top tier because they only take the really rich girls. tridelt takes only girls from the dallas area. and as for zeta.... lets just say thats why they have the saying "date a zeta, marry a theta." im just stating my own opinion.

Chi O & Theta are good houses but definitely not in the top 3. Very forgettable. Cute, sweet girls but nothing to write home about.
