Tech is the best party school in the nation but still UT, A&M, TCU and Baylor are still better schools academically but for straight up partying we own those four schools combined

All schools are party schools. Tech does not have the corner on that market.

I'm going to go to Tech this fall and I'm planning to go thru RUSH. Can you please tell me what qualities make a "top" sorority top and a "bottom" sorority bottom? What should I look for going thru RUSH?

Generally the top sororities are ones with a lot of members. They have a lot of alum support and are highly thought of on campus and in the community. Girls from the top sororities are usually involved in a lot on campus and maintain high GPAs as well as high moral standards. Bottom sororities are lacking these things.

When going through rush look for girls that you would feel comfortable studying, hanging out, and partying with. You'll find where you fit in best.

If that's what you're worried about, I'm sorry to say this but Maybe you shouldn't be in a sorority. There's a lot more to a sorority then how many pretty girls they have. All the sororities have a mixture of girls.
