Pi phi has a ton of girls from small towns like Breckenridge, Albany, etc. Tech is way better about that than other schools are.

every sorority has tons of girls from small towns ...because that's what makes up most of Tech. Every sorority has girls from Dallas/Houston/Austin/SanAntonio too but it does seem like the Dallas people are more in the upper tiers and the Houston/Austin people are more in the lower tiers. I could be wrong, maybe it's just the people I know

I don't think anyone has devised a computer program to disaggregate and compile data to support this. A hometown will not deny you nor gain you entry into ANY sorority.
