Yeah wtf Sig Ep you throw a crappy safari party and your top tier? It's probably just Delt and SAE on top. And maybe Kappa Sig but they're in trouble too. Sig Ep is middle tier.

Delta Chi has a house, but Lambda Chi is definitely the strongest one in terms of popularity in that group. They are pretty big, hosted events with the big greeks. And sororities seems to like them a whole bunch more than most of the other bottom fraternities. I talked to some of my friends and we believe its because they are made up of drops from the bigger fraternities.
