What is the time commitment for a pledge and also for members? Will they still have time for other relationships and activities?

If you're asking sorority-wise, some sororities you're required to be in other organizations as well. Mine does anyways.

You will be super busy during your pledge period. It can seem overwhelming at times. It calms down after initiation. But it does teach you to get organized.
