What are the differences between fall and spring rush at Texas Tech? Are the processes any different? And also is it easier or harder to get a bid in the spring?

The only sororities that do Spring recruitment are the ones with spaces available (tends to be the weaker chapters.) Fall formal is the only way to have a chance with ALL of the sororities.

Most sororities have spring rush but fall rush is more fun

Fall Rush: Very regimented. You can not skip out on a house, or goodbye the rest of recruitment. Can be very very very stressful, but so much fun and you get to meet everybody!

Spring Rush: very laid back in comparison, but its harder to connect with your pledge class and the fall PC from before.

I recommend Fall Recruitment, but that's just me.
