both number 1?

Honestly, I don't understand why there is so much argument about who is the number one house at Tech. Pi Phi and Zeta both have really pretty girls and really nice girls and really mean girls. They are pretty much the same sorority but with different philanthropies. They both get the pledge classes they want and they are both very popular. They are both top tier and they are both awesome sororities. I'm not in either one obviously because I guess if I was then maybe I'd understand the argument. But I think they are both tied for the top house. Maybe Tri Delt, too, but I've only met one nice DDD. She was a DDD transfer from a different school's chapter so she doesn't count. All the other ones I've met were nice to my face but we are no longer friends because of all the back stabbing.
