TKE owns the corner lot on Greek Circle 2, Pike owns the one next to Pi Beta Phi and Theta, the two corner lots next to the apartments/townhomes are owned by Tech and they want to build parking garages one day (apparently), and the one across from Phi Psi and in between SAE and KA is owned by Theta Xi.
They're on 100 year leases by Tech at $1 a year back when they were sold. So, the chapters don't have the funds/members to build and never have. So, they just sit on them with hopes of doing so one day.
They would easily be bought from other fraternities if they were put up for sale. They just aren't.
