Top - Kappa / Theta / Tri Delt
Kappas are the wealthy girls & judge based on what your dad does not necessarily gorgeous girls but more so rich girls, thetas are very religious & cut based on grades pretty heavily super smart and don’t go out too often, Tri delt is the pretty cheerleaders who are very social & like to go out a lot and have a good time they have gotten better over the years for sure
Lower Top - Pi Phi / Aphi / Chio
Pi phi used to recruit really well then they prioritized grades & started getting questionable PCs, aphi is the girls who didn’t get into the other top houses but are very pretty just maybe dumb and not classy, chio is questionable their recent PC was very off but overall they’re cool girls kinda more like northern sorority vibes rather than southern
(Basically if you pref any of the top you’ll have a good experience)
Bottom
Zeta / Axo / DG / Axid
Zeta is odd, the pretty zetas are ones who got cut from aphi they have a very diverse chapter lots of latinas, Axo has an ego bigger than earth itself & for no reason they are very mediocre at best & typically pref the same girls as other bottom houses, DG is just okay nice girls very odd collection of people, Axid has some pretty girls but they never last more than a year because they don’t have a house and have been lying about building one for years and members drop 85% of the time because of it
Very Bottom
KD / Adpi
Kd is a tiny bit better but not by much, some girls like it but most people are trying to get rid of both of these houses all week long, adpi gets what they can get & would probably be better off not being a chapter anymore than having to recruit people all year long to stay afloat

also didn’t say anything bad about theta prob bc it’s hard to say bad things about houses who are top for a reason you can stay mad adpi

a lot of girls rush looking to find connection through faith & pick theta for that reason I’ve never found them to be judgmental at all

I’m not in greek life anymore but am always curious about this website. From having close friends in younger and older PC’s, a lot of girls I met put Tri Delt, Aphi and Theta as their top. In the older days Aphi was a little lower but I do think they’ve made their way to the top, but it all depends on what girls are looking for. Tri Delt and Aphi are all about looks while Kappa, Theta & Pi Phi are school-oriented.
