the fact that you put kappa in the top tier and a phi as the top of the middle shows you don't know what you're talking about.
Chi O & theta are both better than a phi.
AXO is bottom tier.
Tri delt is better than Pi phi.
Kappa is bottom of the middle.
Adpi is better than KD.
