how yall feel about the frats?
by: Pledge #69I’m pledging in the fall and curious what yall rank the houses? I have heard a lot of great things about Phi Delt and KA, also pretty interested in Fiji cuz they are back. Concerned about Pike being unaffiliated

my own personal opinion after attending frat parties for 2 years-
Phi delt is preppy, popular, but they are very cliquey and won't talk to you at their parties unless you're part of their little group
Delt has pretty much the same rep
never went to any sae events but I would say they are slightly similar vibes with their certain groupies
ka has the nicest frat guys I've met by far, and a good mix of country and city boys
pike throws good parties, but wow they are douche bags hahah, not all of them, but more than most
idk much about Fiji since they're new to come back, but I know they had a really strong rep before they got kicked off, and now that they took azd's house they are making progress
phi psi throws a lot of parties, but they are overall just a mid house, along with beta.
never been to kappa sig so idk how to rate them but I would throw them in the same rank as phi psi/beta
also never been to snu but I know a few and really like them!
and if you aren't in any of the frats I listed, I wouldn't bother rushing, bc the rest of the houses are not great

Sigma chi has been making a decent comeback in the last year, just my opinion tho
