What are the stereotypes

I think the houses with the (genuinely) nicest and most cutie girls are theta chi o and kappa!
Aphis pi phis and tri delts are all stunning but not known for being the smartest
Axid set and Axo have nice and fun (party) girls but are low key on the decline :/

Theta- Smart (First in grades 2 years in a row now) very drama free, pretty, genuinely nice

Kappa- Pretty much the same rep as theta just not as diverse of a selection of girls, they are all the same vibe imo, nice girls, pretty, also very drama free, smart as well (2nd in grades this past semester)

Tri delt- slightly below theta and kappa, but not as genuine, I've encountered some mean girls

pi phi- used to be top, but their recent pc was not great, they have just had a lot of scandals the past two years so I would say they're on the decline

Aphi- same goes for Aphi. a lot of drama and scandals. They are pretty girls, but not very smart at all. If girls can't get into top houses they will go Aphi as a last resort before having to go for a bottom house.

Chi O- pretty diverse mix of girls, some of them are a little wild, but this house has a solid rep. not a top house, but it is respectable and def over Aphi

KD, DG, AXO, AZD,- all have the same vibe to me imo, and that is not a very classy one

Zeta- kinda crazy party girls as well, but slightly above kd dg axo azd
