axid and axo on the come up

Zeta is def getting better I liked this yrs pc, but axo feels like they get worse each year

Pi phi going down too much drama every year
Wrecks and stabbings are a bad look

Pi phi has been going downhill with the pc they just took last fall and all the arrests/ drama they keep getting themselves into. they also haven’t been doing as well in grades as they used to be

I feel like theta has been a consistent top house but they have been upping their grades which looks good, pi phi has dropped in grades and been in so much drama
