No house until Fall 24 or later. I’m sure they’ll say they’re getting the house back in the spring and get a few decent kids but it’ll be 3-4 years to climb back

Just like Kappa Sig. They were lucky FIJI was getting kicked out when they were coming back so they were able to move in the house when AXiD moved into FIJIs house. FIJI might be able to come back to their house in Spring 2024 if AXiD can move out & possibly move into SigEps house

pretty sure AxiD declined sigep's offer to move into their house. Also there's no way that AxiD would move into that house because its too small.

the thing is tke is in sig eps house now. not sure if they bought it or what but either way I don’t think axid would end up there
