New frats

What is the point of the school allowing new frats on campus if they can’t even build a house. There is no point in rushing all those sh/tter chess club fake frats like Pi Kappa Phi or Delta Sigma Phi. They come on campus and have no alumni, no money, no house, and it’s maybe at most 25 guys. The school or ifc or whoever is in charge of letting new greek organizations on campus needs to stop because there is actually no point.
