KD and Adphi should they close?

no hate - its just a question but why is KD and adphiso low here? do they have a poor recruitment? not involved? are they nice/rude to other panhellenic sororities? what is it? why do they struggle? Do you think sororities who are consistently listed on the bottom should close? Just wondering?
