Based upon retention, no way are these tiers accurate. The person who posted the numbers before (can’t leave a comment) made an excellent point about what makes a desirable sorority. Retention of members accurately determines the tier of a house. Retention rates need to be viewed at TT and across the country. Retention shows the quality of sisterhood, authenticity members after recruitment ‘glamour’ and ‘promises’ and the real personality of the sorority. If tons of girls drop a house b/c everyone is a mean witch, that is telling!

Here go the accurate tiers based upon membership happiness, commitment and sisterhood. The sororities that didn’t make quota would be higher based upon actual numbers. I get that some members drop for financial reasons, grades, etc. but a large drop shows a really dysfunctional sorority.
