What happened to Theta?

They didn’t take a small PC
All houses but one took 70 something new members
Grade report shows how many actually stayed
So question is, if these ranks here are truth why is everyone dropping so called top houses and staying in so called lower houses?
Just because houses, alums & moms work this site like it’s their job doesn’t mean what you read here is truth regarding how great a house is
Grade report #s are facts not opinions
Fall pnm’s keep this in mind when you read bs here
