Traditional three tier
Top:
Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa
Mid:
Tri Delt, Aphi (not top houses but good)
Chi O, Zeta
Axid, DG, Axo
Bottom:
KD, Adpi

I think while the houses can be changed within the three tiers based on personal preference, this is the rank.
Ps: mid houses are best houses
