Theta is not top house, most frats don’t even prefer them. Pi Phi is top house and i’m not even a pi phi, i will say i’ve never been a theta fan though. Unbiased most people are aware that pi phi is top theta is top 3 and kappa is competing with tri delt lol

Theta was a dud at rush. Like not fun at all. So no. They get lots of interest based on history but not on the actual rush experience.

Theta isn’t top house, it’s Pi Phi and i’m not in either of those houses. Kappa is above tri delt even though I prefer Tri Delt to Kappa and i feel most people would agree
