Recruitment tactics

If you scroll through GR you will see this mentioned often.
Recruitment is a numbers game and some houses are better at it then others. Doesn’t mean the house is better like GR would make you think.
Return rates are very important so that a house has their pick of PNMS.
Their are some houses that have recruitment down like used car salesmen.(I’m looking at you PKT)
They will be so sweet you will love them, you rank them high & then they drop you & you don’t know what happened.
You will see a few houses constantly mentioned here on GR as top houses. Self promotion is a thing ya’ll.
It’s great if you love any of the houses, just understand again this is a numbers game to some houses & the houses that keep you for pref truly want you & have kept you on their list all of recruitment. Good luck.
