Time for an update

Top:
Kappa, Theta (kappa is more wild and fun still smart while theta focuses more on academics with some girls going out and partying)
Pi phi (honestly it used to be pi phi and kappa that were seen as the top. After this last pledge class they’ve honestly been dropping. Not as popular. Too many rules)
Lower top:
Aphi, Tri Delt (aphi honestly is better than Tri Delt at this point. They’re still at the same level but I would put aphi over Tri Delt just in terms of popularity. Both similar vibes though)
Upper mid:
Chi o, zeta (both very different. Both solid choices but not once that are typically your first choice.)
Mid:
DG, AXID (AXID has done a great job for being so new. Honestly I would put them above DG at this point. They get way better looking girls and are more social. They do have a lot of grade risks though. DG is more chill but have some crazies)
Lower mid:
AXO (AXO has fallen from mid to lower mid. Just not relevant at all.)
Bottom:
KD, ADPI (harsh truth but the last pick for pnms. No one wants these houses)
