Fiji back this spring

What is going to happen since Fiji comes back this spring (check the ifc website)? Where will AZD go?

To whatever frats house, is kicked off by next fall. There’s always somebody kicked off it seems.
If there is no house for them to rent they are out of luck I guess

AXiD is probably gonna be in fiji's house till 2025 just how they were in KappaSig's house. But then again nobody knows but fiji housing corp and AXiD.

FIJI could get their house back by Fall 2023 if they get their charter back like Kappa Sig did and meeting deadlines with the housing corporation. Now this is the best case scenario for them.

Worst case would be waiting until 2025 to move back into their house; However they WILL come back so AXiD better start looking for other lodges (maybe Phi Delt or SAE next?)

Axid is looking at the 2 lots open on frat row to build a new lodge. It’s between them and Lambda but Axid is bigger than them so they should get it, if not they’ll probably just renew their lease for another 2 years.
