The tops explained

by: The tops

The very top:
Theta, Pi Phi, Kappa-these three are all very smart and hard to get into. When recruitment starts you’ll hear a lot about these houses by pnms. Theta and kappa’s lodges are probably the two nicest ones. Pi phi has great recruitment strategies. Pnms feel so loved by them then they get cut. They play it very well. These three are typically top in grades and are very popular with frats.

Lower top:
Tri Delt and Aphi- despite what others may think aphi is considered one of the tops. They have pretty girls that help boost their image. Very social and fun. Tri Delt is also very popular with very social girls as well. However they have more of a mix compared to aphi. These houses are typically desired by pnms as well.

Honestly, all of these houses are collectively really hard to get into. I know people that have been dirty rushed by every single one listed. They’d be made to feel like the most special girls in the world, and then would open their schedule the next day to see that the sorority they wanted wasn’t there. Pi phi isn’t as hard to get into anymore, it’s really as long as you have good grades. It really depends, recruitment is such a numbers game.

I don’t think Aphi is as hard to get into as the other four

They’re definitely the least hard to get into but have significantly became more selective the past few years

Yes, girls do get cut from every sorority but more get cut from the top 3 which everyone can agree upon
