Unpopular opinion, I’ve never understood why pi phi is a top house. Yeah they’re #1 in grades but we’re at TECH, this isn’t baylor or rice LOL

It’s because most of the girls are education majors or communication majors. Not hard to be too in grades with that. Theta and Kappa have girls that are in harder business majors like accounting/finance or are in nursing
