Someone explain to me why theta is top besides having a nice lodge

grades & looks. They are the top house at tech. Only rivals them is Pi Phi. These two are interchangeable, but are the top 2 sororities at tech.

I think you’re the only person who thinks THETA is the top house at tech. Everyone talks about how mid they are and how they are definitely not known for looks.

I would switch kappa and pi phi due to grades, involvement and looks. Pi phi has consistently got top in grades so that’s why I would change them.

^ True, but I would say Chi O gets sweeter girls with more class. Zeta is a bottom of the barrel sorority for "pretty" girls who can't get into the top houses for some reason.

What's with y'all dissing Chi O so much? I rushed and went a different sorority, but I LOVED Chi O during recruitment. Girls were an absolute ray of sunshine with the best personalities and the kindest hearts.
