I'm gonna do this in groups not tiers

Top group: ZTA, Pi phi. ZTA is too good nationally to not be top. Pi phi's are sweet, beautiful girls.

Top middle group:
Chi O, Theta, A phi. Chi o's are sweet and beautiful as well. Theta is smart and beautiful. A phi is fun and beautiful.

Bottom middle:
Kappa, A Chi O, ADPi. Kappa takes lots of legacies and they're pretty, but they're falling. AXO took a rough spring PC. ADPi is breaking through from the bottom tier. They improve each semester.

Bottom group:
DG, KD. Most DG's I've met are just not pleasant to be around. Can't speak for all of them, but I think their attitude is holding them back. KD is the same way. They walk around like they're ZTA's when they actually have a long way to go.

And IDK where to put Tri Delt. They aren't top tier, but they don't belong in the bottom group. Most people dislike them. They have the lowest ranks on here.. and its not bc of jealousy. Sorry.

All chapters have beautiful girls though and are great chapters. Tech has the best greek system in TX. All of our chapters are strong.
