houses on 19th street

how come no fraternity’s rent out those houses across from campus on 19th street. those would be nice ass fraternity houses

Those used to be the greeklife houses way back but drunk college kids kept getting hit by traffic or causing traffic accidents. Greek circle was opened due to that.
