New members srats

Congrats on the new houses ladies!
Something I learned as a new member is that you may not automatically feel at home or make best friends immediately.
You have to do your part!
It may feel awkward but reach out to other new members to hang out, volunteer for committees at the house, participate in as many events as you can.
I think a lot of new members think they joined a sorority and all of a sudden instant friendships ( contrary to what GDI’s say, you aren’t buying friends). They are then disappointed when it doesn’t happen & they want to drop.
Give it time! You are where you are wanted! You will find your friend group in any house.
