That’s the same thing they said two years ago.. that they “intentionally” took a small pledge class for quantity over quality.. They are trying to do damage control over not making quota yet again. The ONLY reason they made quota last year was due to virtual recruitment.

coming from adpi this is actually ridiculous anytime anything good is said about adpi everyone just wants to talk bad on them and that’s the reason we have such a bad reputation adpi is actually a really good sorority with good girls who actually care about each other it doesn’t matter if we meet quota or not we got a good pc we did so good with zoom because there was no lawn talk for people to bash us when they don’t even know us if you don’t personally know the girls and who they are as people keep your mouth closed

I get your frustration but something is wrong that you can’t make quota.
Blaming it on lawn talk will not help you long term.
Better recruiting training? New house? Is your nationals any help? Advisors? Do you have alum support?

same lol my sister rushed in 2015 and she said the same exact thing. year after year its the same girls because that is all they can recruit. they do not get overly social, gregarious people that hook you. sweet girls just consistently awkward and no personality.
