Top Frats and why

These 4 will remain top and here’s the reason why. These houses have been notorious for only taking around 10 kids each fall and it’s due to the fact that they select their pc’s during the summer. With this being said they’re rush events have always been invite only and private. Once other houses start doing this maybe they could compete within the following years but for now, not even close.

Also scratch out Sig Ep, they lost the better actives. SAE has membership issues & can’t retain members.
If there is a top house in that list, it’s only Phi Delt.
