i would put zeta with axo if not right after them, having a new house doesnt make for a better sorority. aphi’s house isnt as grand as everyone elses but theyre still a highly sought after sorority, axo got a gorgeous new house but it didnt make them any better

And zeta lodge is nice, but reputation is the same no matter the house. They are lower middle ranked house.
Phi phi house sucks compared to other houses & they are still highly sought after,
