Is Delta Chi a good fraternity at TTU?

please no troll. I am genuinely curious because I’m rushing this Fall. My Dad is a Delta Chi alum (Florida State) & he doesn’t really care what frat I end up with, as long as it’s my decision.
Is Delta Chi a top tier fraternity at Texas Tech? Any pros and cons?

They’re not the best, but they are at least in the Top 5.

They’re pretty bad only initiated 4 guys last fall, even some off campus fraternities could be considered better than them

They're average to below average realistically. They don't necessarily do anything good or bad, dont really grow or decline just kinda exist. Better than small greek but by far the worst of big greek

I would avoid rushing this house. New chapters like Kappa Sig & Sigma Chi are already better than them, so this chapter would be lucky to be top 15. Only initiated 4 guys in the fall & one Title IX case away from getting the boot.
