What is dirty rushing and why is it bad?

The action itself isn’t the biggest deal, everyone knows college students drink underage, it’s the breaking of the rules which is the issue. The problem is that a few years ago there used to be no rules about drinking with PNMs and there was like 5 deaths from DUIs and one kid got alcohol poisoning and died. It made the national news ( you can look up the good morning America clip ), again the issue is that while most people can drink responsibly all it takes is one idiot driving home and killing someone for the frat that gave them alcohol to get blamed.

I’m not saying we did or didn’t give alcohol to PNMs or not but we definitely made sure everyone had a safe ride home at the end of the event.
