Have all the frats given their bids out? Or do they have to wait for a certain date?

no. It's by the end of this week. Some have been pushed back.

If you constantly get invited to a house, then most likely they want you & you’re getting a bid

They’re not allowed to officially give out bids until the 13th but some have given out unofficial bids.
