Pi Phi/Theta: both houses go back and forth for first in grades, amazing sisterhood, and very social. All around great girls and very attractive. It goes back and forth on which one is the top house
Kappa: usually 2nd in grades, a little wild, and kind of weird but still a great house
Chi O: well rounded girls, but not considered top tier
Tri Delt: a good chapter, but they’ve started to get some random girls

KD
AXiD: they are new, but have started to come up a little
Zeta: dumbest girls on Greek Circle, they all look so fake that it isn’t attractive
ADPi: pretty weird, girls aren’t very cute and they don’t do much

I’d say chi o is pretty stagnant so I stick by what I said lol. We’ll see if that changes after rush this year. Theta honestly is not #1. They’re just not as selective as pi phi. I’ve never heard anyone say theta is #1 in real life and not on greek rank lol
