What is everyone’s opinion on Theta?

Is Theta a top house? Why or why not? I have heard very mixed things about them

They’re probably #3 in rank which is top. That’s if ur going strictly on rank such as grades etc. Not as popular tho, they can come off as judgemental and rude so they’re not extremely well liked.

Every Theta I have ever met is really nice and fun. If I were to rush, they’d be my first choice just by my interactions

Thetas are smart and classy but like others said, def can be judgey and surely are not the life of the party...the girls from my hometown that went theta were just kinda bleh boring but nice enough. Never saw any of them out really.

Top tier due to grades and overall rep but doesn't compete for the top spot. Social life is possibly lacking

One of the girls who is a Theta here at tech used to bully me in middle school. And another one who is also theta here has the same personality and would have her friend group pick on me in high school. When I went through rush, I was matched with another from my home town who made me feel so awkward and dug into me during conversation. Asking questions that probably weren’t allowed. They only take the judgmental girls with bad personalities.
