A sought after house because of the name, but honestly the girls do not like each other, especially PC19. If you truly like them go Kappa, if you get the feeling they are not for you don't be afraid to pref another house just because they are considered lower. You'll be happier in a happy house.

They’re top house alongside theta and pi phi. More “city girl” vibe than country girl which I like bc most of them are super chill. A mix of classy, genuine, and fun. Great group of girls
