Accurate sorority rankings and why

Top:
Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt, Chi O- most selective cut highly based on GPA and recs. Also tend to get rich pretty girls mostly blondes

Middle:
APHI, DG, Zeta- decently selective, wouldn’t say the rush based on looks besides APhi but overall all are pretty social and decently liked

Bottom:
AXO, AXID, KD, ADPI- least selective big mix of girls

Chio is good mid tier house.
