I have been at Tech since 2007, watching sigma nu grow to be big greek, delta sig growing to be a big small greek (should be big greek), and seen Beta rise and fall, if they are top doesn't mean they will be top, choose the quality of guys, not the "top" is my suggestion since that can all change, ask sigma chi

lol they don't have a hc date next semester, they got lucky with aphi and adpi will go with anyone but now they are screwed because nobody will do anything with them anymore.
