KA and Kappa Sig middle tier, are you kidding me? Just fuc king rush and figure out for yourself who the best houses are.

I can tell you right now Delt is not top, KA and Kappa Sig are not middle.

Get a life and rush and figure that sh it out on your own.

I've been to several parties at phi delt, delt, SAE, delt, and sig ep. they're all good fraternities, but there's no way you can say Delt is higher than Phi delt, or Sig ep is higher than SAE. Phi delt and Sae are definitely the two top houses...they work hard, party hard, and are pretty involved on campus

There is a HUGE gap in between middle tier parties and Top Tier Parties. Phi Delt, SAE, Fiji, Delt and maybe SigEp's are leagues above any middle tier party. Anybody can agree with that
