Even if yall get a house like you've said for years look at your members. Most of your scribes are ppl who couldn't get in any good fraternity. Pike is like the adpi/dg fraternity

If you are an incoming freshman, you want to try for phi delt, sig ep, delt, or sae. They're all great houses

hard to rank because everything changes so quickly. from what i have heard pdt and fiji have the best pc's followed by delt. after that it supposedly drops off alot. icould be wrong but i have heard this from a few people now

yeah everything changes quickly. Fiji did not have the best pc's. This is from a girls perspective. SAE, PDT and Delt had the best PCs.

Below has to be a Delt guy.. They certainly didn't have a good PC this fall.. Way below their previous two. SAE was also down for themt.. Phi Delt was top and Fiji and Sig Ep were probably next.

I would put the KA PC this fall next. They really surprised me. Very cool guys. Then I would go with SAE and Delt.
