stereotypes of top houses:

PDT: alot of west texans, always been good, lubbock alumni everywhere

SAE: party hard, get in some trouble, great house. Houston/ft worth mostly

FIJI: rich (feegee), good parties, mostly austin and dallas kid

Delt: gotton better over last 2 years,alot of outdoorsy types, good parties
