It is a 100% bid system which means every single person in the chapter has to give you a bid. If one guy doesn't like you, no go. Even though KA is considered "middle tier" by the standards of this website, it is a lot harder to get in than most of the houses on campus

idk about other houses, but its a 80 pledge fee and a 200 initiation fee for us. pledges pay for most parties and stuff like that during their pledge period though. after that its around 500 a semester.
