Just curious as to why Delta Sig gets ranked so high when they spend all their money on Betas house, and have no money for parties and will be out of that house in 4 years...

It's actually 5 yrs. And I agree a bit on the party thing, we will see how fall goes. Buy delta sig has proven themselves with a great spring pledge class, great lodge, SOME but few good events, and great guys!

Delta Sig is new on campus, but they are off to a good start. I really have nothing bad to say about them but don't devote yourself to one fraternity just yet and wait for rush and see who you fit in with the most. That being said just avoid Pike, for them its more of a quantity than a quality principle.
